Nathan Swingle's Obituary
Nathan Swingle, of West St., Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2008 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in South Canaan, PA, son of the late Albert L. and Susie M. (Lamberton) Swingle. Nathan retired from the former Stafford Printers as a boiler man. He was a Shriner 32nd Degree, York Rite, and Scottish Rite of Hartford, CT member. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and vacations in the Adirondacks. Nathan is survived by his four children, Cheryl Reining and her husband Les of New York, Kathy Harris and her husband Leroy of Pennsylvania, Nathan W. Single and his wife Tracy of North Carolina, and Bradley Swingle of New York; five grandchildren; a brother and two sisters, Layton Swingle, Glenna Rollison, and Marjorie Bianchi, all of Waymart, PA; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by seven siblings, Alberta, Friend, Grant, Lois, Tracy, Margaret, and Beverly. A graveside service will be held at East Canaan Cemetery, South Canaan, PA, at a later date.
