Neal was so kind and helpful when I lived at Eastbrook Heights Condos. I moved in 2005, but I always remembered him. I am now looking to have work done and was trying to find him. I have thought of him over the years. He was just a wonderful, honest man. God bless.

My deepest condolences to the family at this moment of great sorrow. May God be with you in this hour of need. Neal was one of the finest persons I knew. In addition to the many qualities others have noted below, he was sincere, forthright, thoughtful and a generous man. A master craftsman in his profession for whom no job was difficult. After our cat fell behind our tall bookcases one day, I asked him to build us a "cat stopper" In true Neal fashion he replied "Haven't done one of those as yet, But I will see what I can do." A special gesture given his (lack of) fondness for cats. Rest in peace my dear friend. You will never be forgotten.
Neal was a very special man-he was always available and willing to help me when I had a home
repair crisis. He has left a legacy - every time I walk into a room in our condo at FreedomGreen I see something he fixed or installed which brings back memories of our conversations and time spent together trying to construct,unclog, fix. My condolences to his family and friends- he will be truly missed but will remain a part of our hearts at Freedom Green.

We still can't believe Neal is gone. Maybe it is true, "only the good die young". We don't know how many times we had something broken or a mechanical problem and we'd call Neal. He always gladly responded and solved the problem. His work was impeccable. He was generous and kind beyond expectation.
He is what you call a true friend, wonderful human being and will be sorely missed.

We never knew Neal, but judging from his heirs that we do know He had to have been a truly fine gentleman.
