Nellie J. Salvador's Obituary
Nellie J. Salvador, 96, of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Louis Salvador, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2017. She was born in Downingtown, PA, daughter of the late Antoni and Rosalia (Melnicka) Greika. Nellie had worked for many years at the Stafford Conservatories growing plants, and was a parishioner of St. Edward Church. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Patricia Greika; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Walter, Henry, Ted, Bruno, Vincent, and Roman Greika; and sisters, Helen Gachinsky and Rose Fantoli. A special thank you to Sheryl Buckley for all of the care and support she gave to Nellie. A calling hour will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 8:30 – 9:30 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs, CT.
