Nelson DaDalt's Obituary
Nelson F. DaDalt, 88, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2012 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Paul and Augusta (Fontanella) DaDalt. Nelson was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during World War II, and worked as an engineer for Loureiro Engineering. He was a member of St. Edward Parish, Strazza, Tonoli-Emhoff Post No. 26 American Legion, V.F.W. Post No. 9990 of Stafford, honorary life member of the Italian Benefit Society, and member of the Stafford Fish and Game Club. Nelson is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Frances (Argenta) DaDalt; his daughter, Mary Jane Wytas and her husband Clarence, Jr.; two grandsons, Kyle and Holden Wytas; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Mark DaDalt; two sisters, Ada Plets and Ella Yost; and three brothers, Leo, Remo, and Walter DaDalt. Funeral services with burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately.
