Nicole Picard, 82, of Winter Haven, FL, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026 at Winter Haven Hospital. She was born in Saint Jean de la Lande, Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Rossairre and Irene (Cote) Pelletier. Nicole is survived by her son, David Picard; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Tonya, Jeremy and Josh; and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Jean Guy Picard; and two sons, Robert and Luc Picard. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow the Mass at St. Edward Cemetery, West Stafford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT.
