Nina M. Smialek's Obituary
Nina M. Smialek, 56, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Evergreen Health Care Center. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late Frank P. Smialek, Jr. and Helma M. (Kukowetz) Smialek. Nina is survived by her two brothers, Frank Smialek and Jeffrey Smialek and his wife Julie; sister-in-law, Gail Smialek; and nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be held on Friday, April 17, 2015 from 10-11 A.M. with a funeral service to take place at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately at St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Memorial donations may be made to Evergreen Health Care Center, 205 Chestnut Hill Rd., Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
