Dear Introvigne Family,
I knew Octavia and her brother Richard very well, when I grew up in
Stafford. She was a very special girl and so sweet and helpful with any problems
I might have had at the time. I will always remember her smile.....she could light
up a room with it and make you feel, so at home. The last time I saw her, was
at my Mother's wake. I was glad I got to introduce her to our three children.

I loved getting to know Octavia. Her energy was felt throughout the church and our community. I especially enjoyed her joining us, in the choir loft on weekends, where I sometimes noticed her dozing off. I'd quietly giggle yet, felt certain that she still hasn't missed a word. I miss her already.

Octavia was a most wonderful visitor in my home many times...to visit Francis, ..she would read to him from the church bulletin and I can picture her doing just that and him smiling... ..I admired her very much....God bless her ...

Our deepest sympathies to the Introvigne family on Octavia's passing. She was the sweetest, kindest, most religious and caring person we have ever met. Always helping other people. I remember her walking from the Johnson Memorial Hospital to Evergreen Health Care Center so that everyone could receive communion. She made sure she covered both floors and never missed a person. She was amazing and will be dearly missed.
