Patricia Barsaleau's Obituary
Patricia A. Barsaleau, 75, of Willington, CT, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2011 at Windham Hospital, Windham, CT. She was born in New Britain, CT, daughter of the late Joseph and Lecadia (Paskowski) Partyka. Patricia retired as a bookkeeper from Parish Hill High School. She was actively involved in the Town of Willington as the selectman’s secretary for seven years, and chairman of the Democratic committee for four years. She was also a Cub Scout den mother for seven years. Patricia was devoted to Grace Episcopal Church where she held various offices including assistant treasurer. Her interests included camping, UCONN basketball, horseshoes, and polkas. Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Warren L. Barsaleau, Sr. of Willington, CT; four sons, Warren L. Barsaleau, Jr. and his wife Paige of Georgia, Gregory Barsaleau and his wife Jennifer of Holland, MA, Michael Barsaleau and his wife Nicola of Florida, and Clifford Barsaleau and Tina Townsend of Willington, CT; eight grandchildren, Matthew, Jeffrey, Drew, Adam, Srivas, Ramai, Amber, and Jack; and her faithful protector, Dixie Baby Blue. She was predeceased by her sister, Bernice Burgess. Her funeral will be held on Friday, April 1, 2011, with a procession forming by 9 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Church Service at 10 A.M. at Grace Episcopal Church, 8 Spring St., Stafford Springs, CT.
