Patrick Bresnahan's Obituary
Patrick G. Bresnahan, 42, of Buckley Highway, Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Rockville, CT, son of Lester Bresnahan and the late Joan (Fields) Bresnahan. Pat worked as a customer service manager for U.S.A. Hauling & Recycling. He was a member of St. Edward Parish. Pat is survived by his wife of 18 years, Barbara J. (Zitkus) Bresnahan; his two children, Brianne and Benjamin, all of Stafford Springs, CT; his father, Lester Bresnahan and his wife Olympia of Rockville, CT; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Donald and Jean Zitkus of Vernon, CT; a brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Frank and Ann Zitkus and Karen Zitkus, all of Hebron, CT; a niece, Christina Gross of Moodus, CT; and many friends, especially John Pizzimenti of Somers, CT. He was predeceased by a brother, Lester J. Bresnahan; and a sister, Kathleen Bresnahan. A funeral will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2007, with a procession forming at 9 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery, Rockville, CT. Calling hours are on Tuesday from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
