Paul M. DaDalt's Obituary
Paul Michael DaDalt, 74, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2021 with his family by his side. He was born on April 1, 1947 in Stafford Springs to Leo and Angeline (Tamborello) DaDalt. He grew up in Stafford and attended St. Edward School and Stafford High School. Paul enlisted in the U.S. Air Force on June 6, 1967, serving his country in Avino, Italy for four years. He was a die hard NY Yankees and NY Giants fan. He was a golden member of the Stafford Fish and Game Club, the Italian Benefit Society and Strazza, Tonoli-Emhoff Post No. 26 American Legion. Paul retired from the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections. He also owned the Springs House and Copper Quarter Tavern in Stafford from 1977 to 1991 in Stafford. Paul is survived by his best friend and love of his life, Jane (Daggett) DaDalt, having just celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary. He leaves two adorning boys, Jacob Allen and Luke Andrew and his wife Kimberly Brady. He also leaves two loving grandchildren, Tessa and Griffin; two sisters-in-law, Pat and Larry Carr, and Denise and Thomas Lanners; his sister and her husband, Linda and Maurice Iorio; and several nephews, nieces, cousins and all his buddies. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1 PM at the Stafford Fish & Game Club, 52 Rockwell Rd., Stafford Springs, CT.
