Pauline Laskow's Obituary
Pauline Laskow, 67, of Morton St., Stafford Springs, CT, beloved wife of the late Walter R. Laskow, Sr., passed away on Friday, February 22, 2008 at Manchester Memorial Hospital, Manchester, CT. She was born in Fall River, MA, daughter of the late Leo and Bertha (Pelletier) Rioux. Pauline retired as town clerk from the Town of Stafford. She was a member of St. Edward Parish. Pauline is survived by her two children, Denise Laskow and her husband Mark Frankinburger and their children Molly, Ellie, and Lilly of Lebanon, CT, and Walter R. Laskow, Jr. and his companion Kathy Simonds of Stafford Springs, CT and her children Dylan and Jessica; a brother, Ernest Rioux and his wife Ethel of Milford, MA; three sisters, Gertrude Crompton of South Windsor, CT, Claudette Norris of Maryland, and Connie Latinville and her husband Donald of Fall River, MA; her caregivers, Jackie and Michelle; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother and three sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 6 P.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be private. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
