Peter "Pete" Jay Knight, 42, died June 16, 2012 at his home in Stafford Springs, CT. Pete graduated from Tantasqua Regional Vocational High School and was a skilled carpenter. Pete is survived by his parents, Joan and David Knight of Wales, MA; sister, Shirley Gagne and her husband Ken; brother, David Knight; sister, Heidi Hamer and her husband Lee; sister, Sharon Smith and her husband Jim; sister, Heather Barrington and her husband Shane; and many nieces and nephews. Pete enjoyed fishing, camping, swimming, and golf. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and those who knew him. A private memorial service will be held by his family.
