Just found out from Betty that Mrs. Capen had passed away. She was a wonderful lady and I was so happy to be part of the family for many years.

Phyllis was a beautiful Lady! It was a pleasure to be her neighbor. My wife (Phyllis} loved to bring her homemade Jams and pickles every year. I will always miss her waves when I was out in the yard.
