Raymond W. Wallach's Obituary
Raymond W. Wallach, 76, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Stafford Springs, son of the late John D. and Emily (Skopek) Wallach. Ray was the owner and operator of Riverside Machine Shop in Stafford Springs. He also served our country in the U.S. Navy, and was a member of the 8 o’clock Mill Pond Coffee Club. Ray is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Cynthia (Dorsey) Wallach; four children, Leigh Wytas and her husband James, Tammy Santos and her husband Dan, Emily Wallach, and Jon Wallach and his companion Faith; six grandchildren, Nathan Wytas and his fiancé Arin, Ryan Wytas and his wife Stella, Heather Harrison and her husband Marc, Caroline Bill, Nicholas Bill, and Jessica Wallach; three great grandchildren, Hanna, Ella and Gunner; three special cousins, Deana, Teresa and Dennis; and several other family members. A celebration of life for Ray will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 12 Noon at the American Legion Pavilion, Monson Rd., Stafford Springs, CT.
