Richard Skopek's Obituary
Richard Skopek, 89, formerly of Stafford Springs, CT, husband of the late Angelina (Canestrari) Skopek, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2011. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Jerry and Anna (Koukal) Skopek. Richard was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran having served during World War II. He was also co-owner/operator of Skopek Bros. Inc. Richard is survived by his two children, Thomas Skopek and his wife Barbara, and Ann Skopek and her husband Richard Peterson; and two grandchildren.
