Rita Dreisch's Obituary
Rita (Lanagan) Dreisch, 81, of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of the late Joseph A. Dreisch, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2011. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Albert G. and Mary R. (Bonneau) Lanagan. Rita’s life was devoted to taking care of her family, and she loved to play bingo. She is survived by her 11 children, JoAnn Becker, John Dreisch, Peggy Heath, Kathy Jarvis, David Dreisch, Cindy Balanger, Darlene Riley, Roger Dreisch, Brian Dreisch, Kenneth Dreisch, and Connie Dreisch; 24 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; two great, great grandchildren; brother, Robert Lanagan; sister, Lillian Kelly; sister-in-law, Yvonne Lanagan; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and a sister, Albert and George Lanagan, and Dorothy Baxter. Her funeral will be held on Friday, July 22, 2011, with a procession forming by 9 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
