Robert "Bob" Wilson, Jr.'s Obituary
Robert “Bob” Wilson, Jr., 51, of Stafford Springs, CT, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully and comfortably in Florida surrounded by his family. He was born in Manchester, CT to the late Robert and Helene (Pitkin) Wilson. He is survived by his wife, Tracy (Sheehan) Wilson of 30 years; his three children, Dustin “Dut” and his wife Ellen (Thurlow), Ryan “Duke” and his wife Jessica (Geers), and Jessica “Betty”; and one grandchild, Gwen. Bob lived in Woodstock, CT for 24 years where he raised his wonderful family. He enjoyed camping with family and friends, was an avid NASCAR fan, especially of Tony Stewart, and loved riding his motorcycle. Bob touched everyone he came across and will leave an everlasting impression in our hearts. He also leaves his two sisters, Cheryl Maynard and husband Dale, and Cathy Wilson-Pulster and husband Barry; brother, Scott; and many nieces, nephews, and countless longtime friends. The calling hours are at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main Street, Stafford Springs, CT on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 1-5 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
