Robert G. Haraghey's Obituary
Robert G. Haraghey, 86, of Staffordville, CT, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018. He was born in Monson, MA, son of the late John H. and Doris (Miller) Haraghey. Bob served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict, and retired as a meat manager from the A & P. Above all, Bob was a family man and enjoyed all the time he was able to spend with them. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Ann (Jacobs) Haraghey; four children, Kathleen Cooley and her husband Lee, Mary Mitta and her husband Tony, Maureen Parsell, and Patrick Haraghey; eight grandchildren, Ryan Cooley and his wife Jessica, James Cooley, Daniel, Aaron, and Christopher Mitta, Amanda Haraghey, and Liam and Ethan Parsell; three great grandsons, Aidan, Ian, and Finnegan Cooley; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Timothy Haraghey; two grandsons, Alexander Haraghey and Emerson Parsell; and five siblings. The family would like to give special thanks to the “A Team”, Cindy, Meagan, and Brenda, for their compassionate care and support. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Bethany Cemetery, Monson, MA. Calling hours are on Tuesday from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home.
