Robert Picard's Obituary
Robert Picard, 50, of Springfield, MA, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Hartford, CT, son of Nicole (Pelletier) Picard and the late Jean Guy Picard. He was a hard worker, having been a bucket operator for Northern Tree Service for many years. Beside his mother Nicole, Robert is survived by his daughter, Tonya Calkins; two brothers, David Picard and his wife Trish, and Luc Picard; three nephews, Jeremy, Joshua and Nicholas Picard; and a grand nephew, Karsyn Picard. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a graveside service at 12 PM at St. Edward Cemetery, West Stafford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions toward Robert’s funeral expenses be sent to Luc Picard, 3 Bancroft Rd., Vernon, CT 06066.
