Robert M. Wheatley's Obituary
Robert M. Wheatley, 49, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. He was born in Boston, MA son of Marie Wheatley and the late Myles Wheatley. Bob was an avid New England Patriots and Red Sox fan, and enjoyed playing football on the Holidays. Until recently, Bob was employed by DDM Metal Finishing in Tolland. He is survived by his three children, Justin Wheatley and his wife Crystal of Chicopee, MA, Emily DeRosier and her husband David of North Carolina, and Alex Wheatley of Chicopee, MA; three grandchildren, Michelle, Justin, Jr., and Paige; three siblings, Michael Wheatley and his wife Jean of Florida, Richard Wheatley and his wife Donna of Tolland, CT, and Michelle Wheatley of Chicopee, MA; his partner, Kelli Zwingelstein, and her family, Margaret Kynoch, Bill and Andrea Hiller, Desi Church, and Casey Church all of Stafford Springs, CT, and Britney, Shawn, and Aaron Turner of Northfield, MA; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 4-6 P.M. with a funeral service to take place at 6 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made to the Stafford Ambulance Association, 27 Willington Ave., Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
