Rochelle D. Lotarius, 72, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late Charles and Bette (Sladek) Lotarius. She is survived by several of her cousins.
