Roman Solecki's Obituary
Roman Solecki, 92, of Union, CT, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2017. He was born on April 6, 1925 in Lwow, Poland. He came to the United States in January of 1968 after winning a scientific scholarship from the University of Connecticut. Roman retired from the University of Connecticut as a full professor in mechanical engineering. He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Maria (Mis) Solecki; and several cousins.
