Rose Schwarz's Obituary
Rose G. Schwarz, 93, of Stafford Springs, CT, beloved wife of the late Richard Schwarz, passed away in the arms of her son Stephen on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Blair Manor, Enfield, CT. She was born in Dover Plains, NY, daughter of the late John and Santina (Vercellini) Ghidinelli. Rose retired as a treasurer from the Worker's Federal Credit Union. She was a member of St. Edward Parish and the Stafford Senior Center. Rose is survived by a son, Stephen Gianantoni, and his wife, Sarah; a granddaughter, Rachel Gianantoni, all of Stafford Springs, CT; and a son, Raymond Gianantoni of Springfield, MA; a sister, Alda Muzio of Stafford Springs, CT; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Thomas, Aldo, and John Ghidinelli; and a sister, Jennie Rabideau. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 10 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Rose's family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff and caregivers at Blair Manor who were her second family.
