Roslyn Foley's Obituary
Roslyn Olivia (Irish) Foley, 51, formerly of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on May 19, 2009 at her home in Sparks, NV. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of Jane O. (Rogers) Irish and the late Roswell L. Irish. Roslyn worked as a medical sales representative, and greatly enjoyed sewing. Roslyn is survived by her beloved husband of 30 years, James M. Foley of Sparks, NV; her two loving daughters, Ryanne Foley of San Diego, CA and Rhonda Gwizdak and her husband Donald of Methuen, MA; her mother, Jane Irish of Stafford Springs, CT; four siblings, Patricia Griffin and her husband James of Manchester, CT, Rod Irish and his wife Carol of Stafford Springs, CT, Melvin Irish and his wife Judy of South Carolina, and Charlotte Burkey and her husband Bill of Stafford Springs, CT; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, May 25, 2009 at 2 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church, corner of Main St. and Church St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately. Calling hours are on Sunday from 4-7 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
