Roxanna Cuoghi's Obituary
Roxanna Irene Cuoghi, 95, of Union, CT, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Evergreen Health Care Center. She was born in Union, CT, daughter of the late Albert and Leila (Willis) Heck. Roxanna had worked in the laundry department at the Mansfield State Training School, and was a member of the Union Congregational Church. She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years, Victor Cuoghi; eight children, Judy Jensen, Jim Michonski, Bernard Michonski and his wife Nicki, Patricia Lanoue and her husband Mark Terry, John Roberts, Robert Roberts, Linda Wuchevich, and Irene Blatchley and her husband Andrew; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Tarantino; brother, Gilbert Heck; and several nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 10-11 A.M. with a funeral service to take place at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Union Center Cemetery, Union, CT. Memorial donations may be made to the Union Congregational Church, 976 Buckley Highway, Union, CT 06076.
