Roy Tremblay's Obituary
Roy N. Tremblay, 52, of Willington, CT, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Springfield, MA, son of Viola E. (Johnson) Tremblay and the late Ronald G. Tremblay, Sr. Roy greatly enjoyed mechanics and working on various engine repairs with his son. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Roy is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Leigh (Mandak) Tremblay; his son, Adam Tremblay; his mother, Viola Tremblay; two sisters, Donna Mandak and her husband Leonard, and Kathleen Cote and her husband Robert; a brother, Ronald G. Trembaly, Jr. and his wife Linda; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Diane Tremblay. His funeral will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010, with a procession forming by 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a church service at 11 A.M. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, West Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home. The family would like to thank doctor’s Parikh and Moynihan, Laura Mulka APRN, and the second floor nurses and staff at Johnson Memorial Hospital for the special care given to Roy during his illness.
