Sandra Broderick's Obituary
Sandra A. Broderick, 66, of Stafford Springs, CT, Cocoa Beach, FL, and longtime resident of Enfield, CT, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2009. She was born in Ludlow, MA, daughter of the late Theodore and Mary (Doyle) Lopata. Sandra worked as a cashier for Food Mart and was an active volunteer at the Enfield Food Shelf. Sandra is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Robert V. Broderick; two children, Kelly Ferris and her husband Mark of Danbury, CT, and Neil Broderick and his wife Jennifer of Coconut Creek, FL; four grandchildren, Craig and Megan Ferris, and Brianna and Leo Broderick; three siblings, David Lopata and his wife Lillian, Susan Lopata, and Dennis Lopata and his wife Beth; and several nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be held on Friday, August 28, 2009 from 10-11 A.M. with a funeral service at 11 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Enfield Food Shelf, 47 North Main St., Enfield, CT 06082.
