Sheila I. Miles' Obituary
Sheila Irene (McKean) Miles, 92, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Sheila was born in Haverhill, New Hampshire to the late Charles and Dorothy (Tuxbury) Mckean. She dedicated her life to raising her children and supporting her husband’s many business ventures.
Sheila was the heart of her family and they meant everything to her. She enjoyed hosting everyone for Sunday dinners and time spent together as a family. She set a wonderful example of grace, pride and unconditional love to all those around her. She was an avid gardener and took great pride in her landscaping, often continuing to work by headlight. She loved to bake and could draw a crowd with her cookies and pies.
Sheila was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Orin Maurice Miles, Jr. She leaves behind three children, Jerry Miles and wife Emily, Thomas Miles and wife Mariann, and Sherri Voisine and husband Marc, along with 8 grandchildren, Shelley and husband Brian, Sheila and husband Matthew, Scott, Lateasha and husband Angel, Cody and wife Sierra, Meadow and partner Savanah, Montana and partner Jonathan, and Marina and partner Evan. She also leaves five great grandchildren, Lynnaya and husband Dalton, Sierra, Stephen, Camryn, Tyler, Brian, Lorenzo and Ezekiel and three great-great grandchildren, Jameson, Jackson and Brantley..
Sheila will be greatly missed by those whose lives she touched. A celebration of life will be held at a future date at the family’s discretion.
