Stanislaus Wolczak's Obituary
Captain Stanislaus Michael Wolczak (USMC Retired), 95, of Stafford, CT, beloved husband of the late Velma Frances (Forbes) Wolczak, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2009. He was born in Worcester, MA, son of the late John and Carolina (Kazarnovitz) Wolczak. Stan served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and the Pacific Theater having been part of the 1st Marine Division. After his Marine Corps retirement, Stan worked for Mass Mutual as a tax analyst. He is survived by his three sons and daughters-in-law, Dwight F. and Linda Wolczak of Stafford, CT, Glenn C. and Linda Wolczak of East Greenwich, RI, and Wayne L. and Margie Wolczak of Lafayette, IN; a daughter, Wendy Orr of New York; eleven grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2009 from 2-4 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
