Teresa Hollay's Obituary
Teresa (Raith) Hollay, 94, of Stafford Springs, CT, wife of 55 years to the late Emil E. Hollay, Jr., passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of the late Henry and Elsie (Possardt) Raith. Teresa retired from Johnson Woolen Mill after 30 years of employment, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her two sons, Richard Hollay and his wife Carol, and Ronald Hollay; two granddaughters, Jodi Simlick and her husband Frank, and Heather Patterson and her husband Kevin; four great grandchildren, Tyler, Evan, Samantha and Mason Simlick; sister, Louise Omer; sister-in-law, Frances Raith; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Edwin and Robert Raith. A calling hour will be held on Monday, January 5, 2015 from 1-2 P.M. with a funeral service to take place at 2 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Stafford Springs Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 8 Church St., Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
