Theodore “Ted” Baxter, Jr., 60, of St. Petersburg, FL, and formerly of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on June 12, 2014. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of Virginia (Ducharme) Baxter and the late Theodore J. Baxter, Sr. Ted worked in manufacturing at the former Stafford Printers. Besides his mother, Ted is survived by his sister, Sandra Emhoff and her husband John; son, Mark Baxter and his family; daughter, Joanna Baxter; nephew, John A. Emhoff and his family; two aunts; and several cousins. Funeral services and burial in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT, will be held privately.
