Toby A. Cromwell's Obituary
Toby A. Cromwell, 46, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away unexpectedly at Johnson Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 27, 2016. He was born on May 13, 1970 in Skowhegan, ME, son of Patsy (Towle) Cromwell of Stafford Springs, CT and the late Galen M. Cromwell. Toby worked for Pratt and Whitney in Middletown, CT. He was a Senior Engineer for Systems Engineering Validation Department #8952. Toby loved his family, going hunting and fishing, and on family vacations to Castle Island in Maine. He had so many friends that thought the world of him. He was so kind and generous. Besides his mother, Patsy, Toby is survived by his brother, Kevin Cromwell and his wife Kimgnan of Vernon, CT; nephews, Tyler and Sam Cromwell, whom he adored and would do almost anything for, using a little tough love; his maternal grandmother, Faye Towle of Skowhegan, ME; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins in Maine and Connecticut. Toby was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Kenneth Towle; and paternal grandparents, Merle and Eleanor Cromwell. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 1-3 P.M. with a memorial service to take place at 3 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
