Virginia A. "Ginny" Todd's Obituary
Virginia A. “Ginny” Todd, 98, of Storrs, CT, wife of the late Leonard E. Todd, passed away on November 2, 2022. She was born in Windham, CT, daughter of the late Diego and Cologera (Guarneri) LaVecchia. Ginny retired from the accounts payable department at the University of Connecticut. She was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post No. 938 Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her two sons, Leonard E. Todd, Jr. and his wife Luanne of Golden, CO, and Richard M. Todd and his wife Susanna of Ellington, CT; two grandchildren, Christopher Todd and his wife Melissa, and Aimee Granger and her husband Gary; three great grandsons, Cooper and Parker Todd, and Kaleb Granger; sister, Rose Calli; and several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends she made throughout her lifetime. She was predeceased by four sisters, Carmela Leone, Angela Calli, Mary Marceno, and Josephine Harold; and a brother, Louis LaVecchia. A calling hour will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022 from 10-11 A.M., with a funeral service to take place at 11 A.M., at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Willington Hill Cemetery, Willington, CT.
