William "Billy" J. Ravetto's Obituary
William “Billy” J. Ravetto, 60, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. He was born in Stafford Springs, CT, son of the late Eddie and Rose (Sierputowski) Ravetto. Billy worked as a mechanic/body man for many years, at both B & M Garage and Maple Tire Center. Working on cars was what he loved to do. Whether it was helping family and friends, or a complete stranger, he was always there to lend a hand. He also enjoyed fishing, and was a member of the Italian Benefit Society. Above all, his children were the most important thing to him in his life. Billy is survived by his three children, Amanda, Chad, and Rose-Anna Ravetto; grandson, Levi Ravetto; two brothers, James Ravetto and his wife Nancy, and Eddie Ravetto and his wife Constance; his former wife and dear friend, Michelle Pisciotta; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Joan Naylor and her husband Buzz. A funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 11 A.M. at St. Edward Church, 55 High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to Flo’s Friendship Kitchen, 8 Church St., Stafford Springs, CT 06076.
