William G. Hayes, Sr., 66, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Danforth, ME, son of the late Theodore R. and Vivian (Stubbs) Hayes. Billy had previously worked as a machine operator at Stanadyne. He is survived by his beloved wife, Lenora (Parker) Hayes; two children, William G. Hayes, Jr. and his wife Dawn, and Nicole Lynn Nunn; four grandchildren, Shae, Summer, Alex, and Nate; two sisters, Gloria Dobson and Belinda Driesch and her husband David; brother, Theodore Hayes, Jr. and his companion Regina; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will take place privately.
