To the family of Bill Hipsky. My sympathies to you all. I knew your father from Uconn and he always was smiling,laughing. He never had a serious side to him. I loved his demeanor about people. He was always a gentleman and a good Uconn friend and will be sadly missed.
I offer my deepest condolences to the family for their loss. Bill was my godfather and he will be missed by many.
Such a helpful, kind and gentle man that will be deeply missed. The man upstairs has called you home and I'm sure he has a special place for you Billy.
