William A. Polios' Obituary
William “Bill” Arthur Polios, 79, of Ardmore OK, passed away on March 2, 2017. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Debra (Miller) Polios, and his father-in-law, William Miller, both of Wilson, OK, his sister, Mary D. Polo of Vernon, CT, his nephew and nieces, an aunt, uncle, and several cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Arthur “Tommy” Polios and Edith Polios, and his mother-in-law, Wilma Miller. Bill was born May 6, 1937 in Stafford Springs, CT and graduated from Mount Herman Academy, before joining Trans World Airlines. Bill enjoyed travelling throughout the United States and Europe, and was an avid reader and researcher of various destinations, always enjoying visiting historical sites and places of interest. He was also an avid baseball fan, with his favorite team being the Boston Red Sox. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10 A.M. at Grace Episcopal Church, 7 Spring St., Stafford Springs, CT.
