Winfred W. Boyles' Obituary
Winfred W. Boyles, of Willington, CT, formerly of Indianapolis, IN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. He bravely fought various health issues this year while still maintaining his wonderful sense of humor and sharing his joy of life. He leaves behind his beloved wife Ruth (Koy) with whom he shared a wonderful marriage of 30 years. Win was born in Indianapolis in 1928 and moved to Connecticut in 1986. He was an independent floor covering contractor most of his life, but owned and managed a floor covering business as well. He built 35 houses in Indiana, which represented a major accomplishment and was one of the highlights of his life. In addition to his wife, Win leaves behind his daughter Gwen Haynes and her husband Dan; and his son Jerry Boyles and his wife Tracy. Also mourning his great loss is his stepdaughter Stephanie Mackeprang and her husband Terry; their children Rachel, Noah and Max; his stepson Steve Johnson and his partner Johanna; grandson Tim and his wife Shannon and their son Otis Winfred; and granddaughter Sabrina and her family. A calling hour will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Church Service at 11 A.M. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 104 West Main St., Stafford Springs, CT.
