in honor of Bill.

Billy Reyes was loved deeply by his mom Ruth Schultz. Ruth always thought of Billy first. BIlly had his own way of communicating with his family and all of the important people in his life. I have thought of Bill often through the years after he left his home in Stafford. I am sorry for his passing but I would like to think that he is happily reunited with his mom and siblings.
