I met Chuck in 1976 after he left HSM. Traveled w Chuck to various clothing factories installing apparel CAD systems. I taught Chuck how to operate them, he then became an instructor and traveled throughout the US. He installed / trained the 1st such CAD system in Australia. He had a unique sense of humor and a keen wit. Once when visiting Chuck and his wife in California he took me to a Mexican restaurant; Sam, he said, this is an authentic Mexican restaurant...even has flies. I asked him once how long he would be doing what he's doing and he said Sam, how long is a piece of string. Ha ha ha! We had fun together while pioneering the factory automation landscape.
