David A.'s Obituary
David Andrew Cyr, 50, of Stafford Springs, CT, son of Judy (Duquette Cyr) Ambrosi and the late Arthur G. Cyr, died Sunday March 24, 2013 at Hartford Hospital. He had been employed by local construction contractors for which he ran heavy equipment, drove dump trucks, cement mixers, worked stone crushers, or any type of equipment. When David was able, he had loved to hunt and fish. He recently had taken up a new hobby of making bread and rolls and sharing them with his neighbors. He was quite proud of this new venture. Besides his mother, David is survived by his brother Gary Cyr and his wife Cheryl and their daughter Cara of Union, CT; and sister Linda Roussey and her husband Alfred and their children Kristin, Andrew, and Gregory of Tolland, CT. David was predeceased by his brother Arthur J. Cyr. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 1 P.M. at St. Edward Cemetery, West Stafford Rd., Stafford Springs, CT.
