Dear Barbara...I just heard the news about your mom from my mom. I am very sad. Your mom was a very special lady. I remember, as a kid, sitting on the counter in my mom's kitchen to listen to the conversations they had while they enjoyed a cup of tea. And who could forget the thrill your mom and my mom got when they bought us matching red coats with leggings. I am glad that you and your mom were able to attend my mom's 90th party last year. You are all in my prayers...
My deepest sympathy to all of Betty's family. I had the honor of knowing Betty for the last 10 years. We became friends through her beloved dogs. I worked at the animal hospital in Holliston. I was with her through her loss of Mollie, and found little Zach for her. Just recently she stopped by my house with Zach and we visited. I was so very sorry to hear about your mom and grandmom. She was quite the character, full of life and always ready for a good discussion! Life really can be hard to fathom at times, but I know that she is already "discussing" with Uncle Joe and Aunt Helen. May God bless them all.
