Evelyn (Lajeunesse) Carter, 68, of Coventry, CT, beloved wife of Michael A. Carter, Sr., slipped peacefully into eternal rest at home surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 11, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with Alzhe Read Obituary
My condolences to my cousin Michael, to Evelyn's children and to all her relatives and friends. Evelyn had the burden of living the last part of her life with Alzheimer's, but I will always remember that warm and caring person that I enjoyed the company of at Carter family reunions.
A Loving wife, mother, grandmother who had a passion for her family. An elegance or way to make wonderful fashion statement on any dress-up occasion. A wonderful smile and sparkling brown eyes. A cousin who was very hug-able.

The loss of a Wife is such a Great loss, but all the memories you have sharing your life together will help your sorrow.
