I was so sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. She was my mother's roommate in the memory care unit. Evelyn always took care of my mom, helping her to participate in events and even helping her to get dressed. I loved talking with her whenever I visited up to yesterday when I went looking for her to say hello.
I loved her sweet, friendly nature, the pride she took in her nieces and the charming ways she dressed and kept her room. She was a lovely lady.
She will be missed at Evergreen.
