Please accept my sincerest sympathy and condolences. I will always' remember 'Zip' with great fondnest and respect. I went on many ventures (hunting, flying etc.) with he and my Father and I will always cherish them. He and Dad flew me to Tweed-New Haven Airport to board a plane for Fort Polk La. in 1968 to begin Army life. His words and best wishes for me as I walked away meant (and still do) the world to me. When I met him years later upon my return from Vietnam I felt the same sense of warmth and pride from Zip as I did from my Dad and Mom. I was so honored to see and talk with him at the Troop C reunion this past summer. It brought back so many wondeful memories of my younger days. He will surely be missed. Wishing you and the Family the very best during these difficult times and always!
