I would like to extend my sincere sympathy at the loss of your loved one. My Mother's Dad was Albert J. Harlin. He came from a large family, perhaps 14 siblings. Peter, Margaret, Carrie, Cathrine, Mimi & Nick, are a few names that come to my mind. I am wondering if we are some how distant relatives and I would enjoy hearing from you. My grandfather married Frieda Schmiedel. They lived on MacDonald Heights in Poughkeepsie for years. Albert worked at Fargo but also baked with his brothers. Frieda and Albert had 3 children, my mom Evelyn, and my 2 uncles James and Kenneth. My mom died 1989, James lives in Pearl River, NY and Kenneth lives in Sarasota, FL. I am living in Chenango County, NY.
Warm Regards,
Patricia Walberg
My deepest condolences to you all. I am a friend of Dorothy & Richard Porter. I got to know your dad while visiting with them when they lived next door to him. What a remarkable gentlemen he was. I consider it a privilege to have known him. May God comfort you at this time
So sorry to read about your dad. I lost mine almost 3 years ago now. It's not easy at times. I only met your dad a couple of times. Once was when my huband, Michael Anthony, picked him up to bring him to Aunt Ann's funeral in a snow storm. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.

I met Mr. Frank through Rick $ Dorothy Porter. He lived a long and rich life. And was truly an inspiration to me. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
My prayers are with you and your family. I have known Mr. Frank for a long time. I met him first on my visit to Poukepsie to see my mom and dad(Dorothy and Rick Porter). He was a dynamic gentleman. He waited with my mom by the phone during the delivery of my first child, and later even got to meet her. It was my pleasure to know him and he will be missed by many.
