I am sorry for your loss .
R.I.P. Howie we will miss you so much...
Uncle Jr. we do we begin? We know we won't be able to share all our memories but there were a few that stand out. The hunting we used to do in Maine, between you and dad there wasn't a creature safe in the woods. You never missed. Thanksgiving time at grams, we were most thankful for arriving back to Connecticut in one piece. The races, so many memories. We will never forget the story about you and auntie going to the Daytona 500. There you were sitting in the stands in your t-shirt. Why would we pack long sleeves and a jacket we were going to Florida. It was the fastest and coldest Daytona in history. You never went to another race again without your jacket. How about the time auntie was driving dads race car and crashed it in the powder puff race. You and I spent three days together working on that car to get it straight. I then crash my car on Leonard Road and you and dad worked on that mess. I can still see you on your tractor and my car chained to the tree and you were pulling out the dents. By the time you were done it was like new again. The day our house was delivered and you spent the day with Allison and I and shared in our happiness. The times Allison and I would stop over your house and we would sit and bull crap. Allison and I would laugh for days about the stories you would tell us. When you and Charlotte would stop over our house and we would sit and watch a race together. We could go on and on but I do have one more memory and it will be the one I will cherish the most. We called you for Christmas and as always at the end of our conversation I would tell you I loved you and you said I love you to Gabby. We will miss you so much but I know you are watching over us. Love you Uncle!
Good-bye friend. So many memories we have shared. All the hunting and then when we went to Maine and left Carlene and Ann with our seven kids.
You were so happy with your new heart and right you should have been. It gave you many more extra years.
Howie, you were my Mom's best friend. You were such good companions for each other. You did so many fun things together and she got to experience so many new and different things with you. For that , I am eternally grateful to you. You will be missed. Forever in my heart.
