Uncle Jake will always be fondly remembered. He is now with Dottie and his brothers and sisters. Probably playing cards or rolling dice.

My condolences to the family.
My late wife, from Mount Carmel PA, was a daughter of a coal miner and her brothers also. To honor Jacob, a "vacation trip" to Ashland or Kulpmont PA to go inside a coal
mine and experience what it was like with grandchildren should be scheduled. Even
riding through the old coal towns will make the family appreciate what we take for
granted here in Connecticut.
I have, and am humbled.
I remember him as a very kind and loving uncle. He did walk us to school when we lived in Pennsylvania. Very fond memories.
I remember Kuba walking my sister and I to school when we lived in Pennsylvania. He was always so special to me. He was a wonderful, caring man.
