During my teen age, high school & growing up years Aunt Laura was always there for me ready to help with advice & encouragement. I had wanted to give up taking shorthand, but she said to stay with it which helped me in my later secretarial career. She was always interested in my life & always had time for me, a truly sister-sister type relationship. I will always remember our times together & cherish the memories & love. Eleanor

Dear Glenn and Pete, your Mom was such a beautiful, kind, graceful, intelligent, and special woman. She gave so much to Union and was a great neighbor and friend to my family. I know it has been hard for you and all her family to slowly say goodbye over the decades of her illness.... one would think it might be easier upon her last day..... but it rarely is.
