Dear Stephanie and Derek,
I am so sorry to hear of Marilyn's passing. I have many fond memories of her love and laughter that I experienced in my childhood. As a young girl your parents' wedding was a very exciting event. We traveled from IL to Akron for the event staying in your grandparents' home. It was always an exciting time when you and your parents came to IL to visit your grandmother. I remember traveling to Storrs to visit your family and your grandmother and staying in your home.
Stephanie, I am so glad we made contact a few years ago.

Derek, Stephanie and Families:

I was so sorry to learn of the death of your loving Mother, Marilyn. Ken and Marilyn were 20 year neighbors and colleagues at UConn in Storrs. Your Mother was such a loving and giving person. Always she had a smile and a gracious welcome. We enjoyed many parties at the Wilson home where Marilyn could make a sumptuous meal out of odds and ends! I was honored to build sets for her children's theater plays. Please accept my condolences and sympathy at this time of profound sadness. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
